Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Digital Products

All products sold by FullOnBaan Interview are digital downloads (PDF guides). Due to the immediate and irrevocable nature of digital delivery, all sales are generally final once a guide has been delivered to you.

However, we stand behind the quality of our content and offer the following protections for customers who are not satisfied.

2. Cancellation Before Delivery

If you wish to cancel your order before the guide has been delivered to your email, please contact us immediately at fullonbaan@gmail.com or via WhatsApp at +91 63605 93122.

If the guide has not yet been sent at the time of your cancellation request, we will process a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

3. Refund Eligibility After Delivery

Once a guide has been delivered, refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. You may be eligible for a refund in the following situations:

  • The guide content was significantly different from what was described on our website.
  • You received a corrupted or unreadable file, and we were unable to provide a working replacement.
  • A technical error resulted in a duplicate charge for the same product.
  • You raise a concern within 7 days of purchase and we are unable to resolve it to your satisfaction.

To request a refund, please reach out within 7 days of your purchase date with your order details and reason for the request.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

  • You changed your mind after downloading the guide.
  • You found similar content elsewhere after purchase.
  • You did not use the guide or found it too advanced/basic for your needs (we recommend reviewing the guide descriptions carefully before purchase).
  • The refund request is made more than 7 days after the purchase date.
  • The request cannot be verified as originating from the original purchaser.

5. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, please contact us with the following information:

  • Your full name and email address used during purchase.
  • Order reference number or payment transaction ID.
  • The name of the guide(s) purchased.
  • A brief description of the issue or reason for your request.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method (UPI, card, net banking, or wallet) via Razorpay. Depending on your bank or payment provider, the credit may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account.

If you paid via UPI, refunds are typically processed faster, often within 1–3 business days.

7. GST on Refunds

When a refund is issued, the GST amount included in your original payment will also be refunded in full, as per applicable Indian tax regulations.
