1. About Us

FullOnBaan IT Solutions ("FullOnBaan", "we", "us", or "our") operates the website fobinterview.vercel.app and related FullOnBaan Ecosystem sites. We are based in Bangalore, India and provide digital educational content focused on Infor LN ERP interview preparation.

2. Products and Services

FullOnBaan Interview offers digital PDF guides covering Infor LN ERP interview preparation across multiple modules including Development, Administration, ION, BOD, Finance, SCM, Manufacturing, Planning, and WMS.

All products are delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped. Upon successful payment, your guide(s) will be delivered to the email address provided during checkout, typically within 24 hours.

3. Pricing and Taxes

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the applicable rate (currently 18%) is applied to all purchases within India. The final amount including GST will be shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice; however, any change will not affect orders already confirmed and paid.

4. Payment

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. FullOnBaan does not store your card or bank details. By proceeding with payment you agree to Razorpay's terms of service and privacy policy in addition to these Terms.

Accepted payment methods include UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and wallets as offered through Razorpay at the time of purchase.

5. Intellectual Property

All content sold or made available through FullOnBaan Interview — including but not limited to PDF guides, text, images, questions, answers, and formatting — is the intellectual property of FullOnBaan IT Solutions and is protected under applicable Indian and international copyright law.

  • You may use purchased materials for personal, non-commercial interview preparation only.
  • You may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, resell, sublicense, share, or publicly display any part of our content without prior written permission.
  • Uploading our content to any file-sharing platform, social media, or third-party website is strictly prohibited.

Violation of these restrictions may result in legal action.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use this website or our products to:

  • Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
  • Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our site or products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
