Shipping & Exchange Policy

All FullOnBaan Interview products are digital goods (PDF guides) delivered electronically. There is no physical shipping involved. Your guide is delivered to your email address within 24 hours of confirmed payment.

1. Digital Delivery

FullOnBaan Interview sells exclusively digital products. We do not sell or ship any physical merchandise. Upon successful payment verification, your purchased guide(s) will be sent as a PDF attachment or secure download link to the email address you provided at checkout.

There are no shipping charges, courier fees, or physical delivery timelines applicable to our products.

2. Delivery Timelines

Our standard delivery schedule is as follows:

In most cases, delivery is faster than the maximum timeframe stated. If you do not receive your guide within 24 hours of payment, please check your spam/junk folder and then contact us.

3. Non-Delivery

If you have not received your guide within 24 hours of a confirmed payment, please contact us at fullonbaan@gmail.com or via WhatsApp at +91 63605 93122. Please include:

  • The email address used at checkout.
  • Your Razorpay payment transaction ID or reference number.
  • The name of the guide(s) purchased.

We will resend the guide or investigate the issue within 1 business day.

4. Wrong Email Address

If you provided an incorrect email address at the time of purchase and have not received your guide, please contact us with proof of payment. We will resend the guide to your correct email address at no additional charge, provided the request is made within 30 days of purchase.

5. Product Exchange

Since our products are digital, exchanges function differently from physical goods. We offer exchanges in the following scenarios:

  • Wrong guide delivered: If you received a different guide from the one you ordered, we will immediately send the correct guide at no charge.
  • Corrupted or unreadable file: If the PDF file you received is corrupted or cannot be opened, we will resend a working copy within 1 business day.
  • Updated version: If a significantly updated version of a guide you purchased is released within 30 days of your purchase, we will send the updated version free of charge upon request.

To request an exchange, please contact us with your order details and a description of the issue.

6. Accessing Your Guide

Our guides are delivered as standard PDF files compatible with all major PDF readers including Adobe Acrobat Reader, PDF-XChange, Foxit Reader, and the built-in PDF viewers on Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android.

If you have difficulty opening your guide, please ensure you have a PDF reader installed and that the file download is complete. If problems persist, contact our support team.
